Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accounting in Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc. and passed the CPA board exam in May 1981. He worked with Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI) for seventeen (17) years and after which he founded the Bulano Accounting and Auditing Firm in August 1986. Under his leadership and commitment in quality service the Firm has celebrated its 21st anniversary in 2017. His passion for teaching began as soon as he graduated in 1981 even up to present where he teaches both college students and senior high students and continuously provide on the job training for accountancy students at his firm.
